Assisto provides software tools that help users review, search, and analyze CMS citations, plans of correction, and other sources, including through AI-assisted workflows.

2. AI Output and Accuracy Disclaimer

The Services include AI-generated and automated outputs. These outputs are provided "as is" for informational purposes only and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Assisto does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of any output. You must independently verify all results against official source documents before relying on them.

3. No Legal, Clinical, or Regulatory Advice

The Services do not provide legal, clinical, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes based on your use of the Services.

4. User Responsibility

You agree to:

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and validate all outputs before operational, legal, or compliance use.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Provide information you have the right to submit and process.

5. Prohibited Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assisto and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. You assume full responsibility for how you use any outputs.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Assisto and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or security reasons.
